SHIPPING METHODS: AUSTRALIA Orders within Australia are shipped using Australia Post. All items are wrapped in bubble wrap. All items are then packed in a cardboard box for delivery to you. If work is needed quickly and for a gift please email us and we will organize an express courier and prioritise you order for the date required, Gift Wrapping and Cards available
PRODUCTION & SHIPPING TIME Once your order has been received we will endeavor to have your porcelain to you within 10-14 working days, Please note however that we carry only a small amount of stock as we are a small boutiquw studio and will make to order, in the event that we do not have your piece in stock we will email you with an delivery date if this is the case.
Returns and Breakages If your porcelain arrives broken we will send a replacement, please note photo evidence is required. We consider all sales final. If you find there is a problem with your order please contact us by email so that we can find a resolution.
MATERIALS Each piece is Hand Made in our Sydney Studio . You may find slight imperfections in the glaze and slight variations in size across pieces and print application . This is part of the character of the individual piece and hopefully the reason that you have chosen to purchase a piece of our handmade porcelain . All pieces are glazed with lead free glazes.
PRINTS As we work with a range of over 200 prints we do not offer print selection in most items, only colour selection. This allows us to produce one of artisan pieces
RECOMMENDED CARE All of our Porcelain is dishwasher and microwave safe. However washing by hand is always the safest with warm water and general dishwashing liquid. All are work is handmade in Porcelain then fired to 1300 degrees celsius. Remember to handle with love we made it with love!
